Booking Policy
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. There is a 25% Non-Refundable deposit at the time of booking. Acceptable forms of payment include Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash.
*All deposits are Non-refundable and transferrable.
*3.5% will be added to all payments made via debit/credit card transactions.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. I understand that unanticipated events may happen occasionally in everyone's life. In the desire to be effective, fair to all clients, and out of consideration for the therapist time, the following policies have been adopted:

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.

Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals may be shortened in order to accommodate scheduled appointments that follows.
